We highly recommend cycling at all ages, if possible things. That everyone needs to look at in cycling. What is my current condition? How do I feel? What’s my health and fitness standpoint? Where am I at, health-wise? Can I consider cycling? Is cycling something I can do? Check with your doctor.
We want to make sure that bones are healthy. Make sure that you’re comfortable and safe to enjoy cycling. You’re working on your balance, which helps your reaction time. You’re continuing to help your neurons. I mean as you’re balancing your bike, you’re moving your pedals. You’re moving the bike left or right. You’re stimulating a lot of things within the body. Mentally, physically, and emotionally.
It’s an asset all the way around. So cycling is … is an asset for everyone of all ages.
