Jaime Brenkus Quick Fit Tips: Firm Up Sagging Body Parts

Hi, everyone for Evergreen Wellness, I’m Jamie with your Quick Fit Tip.

Now let’s face it. As we age, Mother Nature has a way of letting things … well, you know, droop a little, or a lot. Here’s some pick-me-ups to help stave off a case of the sags.

I like to do these isometric chest exercises. You can train the chest with three different angles pushing your hands together kind of like you’re praying. You want to squeeze for 10 seconds, and then let go. Do three or four sets of these daily. You can also work the upper chest and the lower chest.

Next, we’re going to do the butt cheeks squeeze. I want you to clench your butt cheeks together for 10 seconds and then release. Squeeze them like you’re trying to hold a quarter between your cheeks. Just don’t make any change.
Now these little isometric exercises will yield great results, if you’re consistent.

You can do these at home while you’re watching TV.
