Joy Hates Making A Scrumptious Fruit Salad

In today’s episode of I Hate CookingJoy Dudis makes a fruit salad that’s perfect after a heavy meal.

In her never-ending quest for cooking simplicity (remember, she hates cooking), Joy starts with a can of limeade to which she adds poppy seeds and honey. Then she whisks in pre-cut fruit from the grocery store; a medley of watermelon, pineapple, and grapes – mixing it all into a refreshing dessert your guests will love.

You’ll need some non-stick oil, two cans of apple pie filling, a bag of frozen blueberries, a box of plain white cake mix, a bag of delicious Heath brickle, and a drizzle of melted butter. Maybe not the healthiest dish in the world, but Joy’s about reducing unhealthy stress with easy-to-make concoctions.
