She starts with a box of angel food cake off the supermarket shelf. You don’t have to add anything to it – eggs or water or oil – just the dry mix. Dump it into a bowl and add the second ingredient, a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple, stir it up, and put it into your pre-heated 350-degree oven for 40 minutes. Then get ready for your cover shot on Bon Appétit magazine!
